Is this you?
-
You got the high-risk label and nobody actually explained what it means for YOUR birth
-
You're googling at 3am and somehow always ending up in the worst possible place
-
You have a list of questions in your phone that you never actually ask at your appointments
-
You feel guilty for being scared when you know you should just be grateful
-
You want to feel prepared but you don't even know what prepared looks like for a high-risk pregnancy
Now imagine this...
Sleeping through the night instead of doom-scrolling at 3am
Feeling excited about birth instead of dreading it
Walking into that hospital room like you BELONG there
Your partner confidently advocating alongside you (not panicking in the corner)
Hearing "Here's what we're going to do" and calmly saying "Actually, let's talk about my options"
Trusting your instincts completely, no matter what birth looks like for you.
Leaving your birth feeling proud of how you showed up for it, not like something just happened to you
Owning every decision you made, even if birth looked different than you imagined
Your partner feeling like they truly helped you through one of life's biggest moments
You and your partner walk into the day you meet your baby feeling prepared, confident, and connected. Because this isn't about being perfect. It's about being prepared, supported, and seen.

(High-Risk Mama)
High-risk pregnancy isn't just harder. It's a different experience entirely.
Every appointment comes with more information, more monitoring, more decisions. And more fear.
"We need to watch you closely..."
"If you don't do this, here's what could happen."
"We're concerned about..."
The medical team is doing their job. But who is:
✨ Helping you process what you're hearing.
✨ Sitting with you after that appointment helping you figure out what it actually means for you and your baby.
✨ Teaching you how to speak up for what you want and need when the pressure feels overwhelming.
That's not just birth support. That's what I do!
✨🫶✨
From your very first scary appointment to the moment you meet your baby, I am in your corner. Helping you filter the fear. Find your voice. And show up for every single moment of this pregnancy with intention instead of anxiety.
The second you heard 'high-risk' you wished someone existed who could sit with you through all of it. Not just the birth. All of it.
Every scary appointment. Every decision. Every moment you didn't know what to say or how to feel. That's exactly what this is.

“Because of those prenatal calls, my husband felt confident calling Cassandra — and that was the best support we could have asked for.”

Meet my Compassionate Compass Framework:
My philosophy is simple. I meet you wherever you are. The Compass is always moving and we adapt to whatever you need most. Some days your north is Connection because you have never felt more alone. Some days it's Cope because everything just changed.
Wherever you are, that's where we start.
COMPASSION - The center of everything we do together. From the moment you say yes you are met with it. But more than my care for you is the compassion you learn to offer yourself. Because when the plan changes and it might you don't need more shame. You need grace. You need to hear yourself say I didn't fail. I showed up. I stayed present. I did my best.
CONNECTION - To your baby, your partner, your care team, and most importantly yourself. Because somewhere in the middle of all the appointments and test results and scary conversations you stopped trusting your gut. This is how you find your way back to it.
COURAGE - showing up scared and still present. Taking authority over your care and trusting yourself to make decisions that are right for you and your baby.
COPE -Real tools for when everything feels out of control. Not toxic positivity. Not just breathe through it. Actual strategies to regulate your nervous system, reset your mindset, and show up for yourself even when the plan changes.
CONFIDENCE - The kind that comes from preparation not perfection. Knowing how to navigate the hospital, understanding your options, and trusting yourself to speak up even when it feels hard.

High-Risk Pregnancy Support
*If you're interested in support but this doesn't fit your needs please book a call and we can talk about your options. I want you to have the support you deserve sis.
Let’s Talk About Our Journey!
A high-risk pregnancy diagnosis will throw you for a loop. At some point you will feel lost. A scary test result. A change in plans. A moment in that hospital room where the ground shifts beneath you and you don't know which way is up.
That's where I come in.
With your Compass and your trail map we find our way back to your intuition. Back to your north star. Back to you feeling seen and heard.
Because those feelings of fear and being unheard?
They don't stay in the prenatal appointments.
They follow you into labor. Into birth. That's why we prepare.
Not for the perfect birth.
For YOU.
I’ve supported thousands of families through birth.
And if there’s one thing I know for sure…
No two births are the same.
That’s why I’ll never hand you a checklist and call it a day.
We create your trail map, not a rigid plan.
One mama’s labor might move steadily along the expected route (think out and back).
Another hits detours
like unexpected inductions or long pauses in progress (think many offshoots).
Some paths are fast and intense. Others take their time.
But when we've built your trail map together,
you'll feel prepared for every turn.
You'll know your options, how to pivot, and
how to cope with whatever trail you end up taking.
Birth doesn’t always follow the map.
But when you’ve got the right guide, the right tools, and the right mindset…
you don’t get lost!

You don't need the perfect plan you just need a guide you can trust!

Hey sis, I'm Cassandra.I have 13 years of experience supporting high-risk pregnant women across the United States. And the most important thing I learned in all those years?
Policy is not the law. And your voice is your power.
I'm here to help you find it, speak it, and stay true to it — no matter what this pregnancy throws at you.
“I felt so much calmer knowing I had Cassandra.”
Cassandra was extremely helpful during both of my “high risk” pregnancies.
She checked in on me frequently, encouraged me to ask important questions, and was just a constant support person for me. With both pregnancies, I ended up being induced between 35-36 weeks due to preeclampsia and Cassandra was with me every step of the way. Texting me at all hours with encouragement and tips to stay comfortable. She truly was always just a text away and I couldn’t recommend her more!! -Ashley S
She helped me arrive that day feeling empowered, confident and ready.
Cassandra was our virtual doula for the pregnancy and birth of our baby girl. She was flexible, understanding and very knowledgeable. We learned so much from her, and she helped me arrive that day feeling empowered, confident and ready. Even though things didn’t go exactly as planned (I ended up having an emergency c section), the preparation I did with her help me be strong with the unexpected turn of events and realize I did everything I could to have a natural birth. And now I’m recovering extremely fast and smoothly. Im having a great start with baby, including breast feeding, and I think it’s all due to what we did and learned from her during pregnancy. -Monica K
She helped me find my voice and advocate for myself for my entire experience!
Cassandra was a fabulous resource during my first pregnancy with so much knowledge in her field. She made me feel comfortable asking any questions or bringing up concerns as she is well versed in all things labor & delivery. She helped me find my voice and advocate for myself for my entire experience, giving a happy medium of the support I wanted and didn’t know I needed. There was never a time I felt judged for the decisions I was making and that was very important to me. In a world full of opinions, Cassandra supported my wants and took time to understand my thought process with things ranging from doctor’s appointments to birth plans. -Britt M
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: This is a lot of money, is it worth the investment? A: I get it. Preparing for a baby is expensive and being high-risk adds its own layer of stress. Here's the truth. This isn't just about a birth plan or a few coaching calls. It's about the day you meet your baby and how both you and your partner feel walking into that hospital. When you say yes to this experience you're not just getting support for yourself. You're getting a nurse bestie in your corner for both of you. From your very first scary appointment to the moment you meet your baby and through postpartum. I'll be there to coach your partner so he knows exactly how to support and advocate for you. To help you both stay grounded even when unexpected things come up. And to make sure you never have to navigate the scary what-ifs alone. Most of my mamas tell me this was the best investment they made. Not because birth went perfectly. Because they walked out proud of how they showed up for it. They felt connected, heard, and able to look back on the day they met their baby as one of the best days of their lives. And I want that for you too!
Q: I already have a doctor/midwife, why do I need this? A: Your provider is there to keep you and your baby medically safe. And they are incredible at that. But they don't have time to sit with you after a scary appointment and help you process what you just heard. They can't walk you through every what-if spiral, every tough decision, or every moment you don't know what to say in that room. That's the gap. And that's exactly where I live. I'm not replacing your medical team. I'm the person who bridges the space between the clinical and the emotional. Helping you prepare mentally and emotionally for whatever comes. Helping you navigate hospital decisions without spiraling. And making sure you and your partner both walk into that room prepared and walk out feeling proud of your story. Your doctor takes care of the medical. I take care of ALL parts of YOU!
Q: What if my birth changes suddenly? Will this still help me? A: Absolutely! This isn't about controlling your birth. It's about preparing YOU for whatever your birth becomes and so much more! Because here's what I know after 13 years in that room. Plans change. Inductions happen. Cesareans happen. What doesn't have to change is how you feel walking through it. When we've done the work together and you've completed the Bloom Into Birth Course and built your personalized birth plan, you'll know what matters most to you in every scenario. You'll have the tools to stay grounded even when the ground shifts. And no matter how your birth unfolds you'll walk out knowing you and your partner showed up fully for yourself and your baby. That's not luck. That's preparation.
Q: I'm already so overwhelmed. Will this feel like "one more thing to manage"? A: No way. This support is designed to take stress OFF your plate not add to it. Instead of late night googling and endless second guessing you'll have someone in your corner who already knows the answers. Our sessions are simple, calm, and focused. Every tool I give you is designed to work in five minutes or less. And between sessions I am right there so nothing has to pile up until our next call. Most mamas tell me they feel lighter after our very first session. Not because everything is figured out. Because they finally have someone who gets it and knows how to help. That's the whole point.
Q: My partner isn't sure this is necessary. A: That's completely normal. Most partners start out thinking "we'll just figure it out" and end up saying "I'm so glad we had her. I actually knew how to help." Here's the thing. The doctor isn't going to teach him how to support you emotionally in that room. Nobody hands him a roadmap for this. And loving you fiercely is not the same as knowing what to do when plans change and you need him most. That's where I come in for him too. He'll walk away from our work together knowing exactly how to support and advocate for you. Feeling confident instead of helpless walking into that hospital. And if something comes up he has a real lifeline in his corner. Most couples tell me this work actually deepened their connection. Because they walked into the most important day of their lives as a real team. That's what I want for you both.
Q: What if I have questions or a panic moment between sessions? A: This is honestly my favorite part. You don't have to wait until our next session to get support. You can send me a voice note or a message any time. Whether you just got a scary test result, heard something confusing from your provider, or just need someone to remind you that you've got this. I'm here to talk through fears, decode hospital lingo, and be the calm voice when everything feels loud. You will never have to sit alone in the dark wondering what to do. That's the whole point of having a nurse bestie in your corner. I got. you sis, every step of the way!
You've been carrying this alone long enough.
You deserve to enjoy this pregnancy not just survive it. The day you and your partner meet your baby deserves to be the best day of your lives!
